• Takes approx 12 - 18mths to complete all stages depending on the age and ability of your child.

QUICKSTART TENNIS

• ½ Hour Class
• 4 pupils per coach
• The same modified equipment is used as Mini Tennis Red.
• Progression is from Mini Tennis Red Stage 1.  Pupils recieve a new 23 inch racquet.
  
• Transitional rally based program.
• Points Play is introduced at this level.
  
• 9 week coaching program
• Takes approx 2 - 3 terms to complete depending on the age and ability of your child.

7 - 12 years

Mini Tennis Orange & Green

• Progression from Quickstart Tennis
• 1 hour class
  
• Max 8 pupils per coach
  
• 3/4 court
  
• Modified Orange Balls are used that fly slower through the air and bounce in the hitting zone of the child.  This fast tracks their stroke development and allows them to have longer rallies and hit more tennis balls.
• Focus is on preparing the children to be capable of playing Hotshots Orange Fixtures.
• Sticker Reward booklets track progression of each pupil.

• Progression from Mini Tennis Orange
  
• 1 hour class
  
• Max 8 pupils per coach
  
• Full sized court
  
• Modified Green Balls are used that fly slower through the air and bounce in the hitting zone of the child. The Green ball is slightly harder than the orange ball and flys the full length of the court.
  
• Focus is on preparing the children to be capable of playing Hotshots Green Fixtures.
• Sticker Reward booklets track progression of each pupil.

10 - 13 years

Junior Tennis

• Progression is from Mini Tennis Green
• 1 hour class
• Max of 8 pupils per coach
• Full Court
  
• Hard Ball used at this stage as children are capable of covering the full court and strong enough to handle the pace of the hard ball.
• Focus is on preparing pupils to be capable of playing Hotshots Junior Fixtures and also the North Brisbane Junior Cup Inter Club fixtures played on Saturday Mornings.

• Good option for teenagers who want to improve their tennis skills in a social and friendly environment.   Pupils are protected from the experienced & strong teenage players as they are in private lessons and squads. Aim is to prepare the pupils for Hotshots Teen Fixtures and Saturday Inter Club fixtures.
